Joe DePinto

Head of Cell, Gene and Advanced Therapies

Joe has spent the past 30 years focused on bringing life-saving specialty drugs to market, helping patients with complex diseases to access advanced care, and helping to develop future leaders in the pharmaceutical industry. He has worked in CGT since 2012 from the biopharma side, commercializing innovative products. Joe has also been engaged in enabling the CGT value chain across multiple products and therapeutic areas since 2015. His experience includes operations globally for multiple biotech, pharma, and technology companies. He is recognized for consistently delivering multi-million dollar revenue gains in highly competitive marketplaces.


Cyndi Carter

Vice President, Commercial Operations

Cyndi has always been passionate about the healthcare industry and has spent her career building businesses, solutions, and operations to help biotech, pharma, and physicians serve their patients. Most notably, in her last role she both developed and implemented customer success strategies including solution implementation, adoption, and expansion. Her deep experience in analytics, strategic marketing, new service development, and commercial operations will help our cell and gene therapy clients navigate the extensive product and service offerings.


Eli Phillips

Vice President, Business Development & Partnerships

Eli’s vast knowledge as a licensed pharmacist and attorney has allowed him to drive commercialization efforts of InspiroGene, as well as integrated digital health solutions on behalf of biopharma and provider clients. Eli has advised 30+ CGT manufacturers on how to navigate the complexities of regulatory approval and commercialization over the last 10 years. In addition to being well published in top-tier journals with a focus on the latest specialty pharmaceutical and digital health technologies, his background in strategy, sales, and operations allows him to maximize efforts in customer acquisition. Eli’s professional endeavors focus on improving patient access to the latest technologies and therapies, thereby maximizing positive outcomes for patients.


Alexandra Baron

Vice President, Technology

Alexandra is passionate about shaping the future of healthcare through thoughtful, scalable innovation that connects data and technology, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. She is a product and technology leader specializing in healthcare and life sciences, focused on developing scalable, data-driven applications that accelerate innovation and improve patient outcomes. Her experience spans building and leading complex SaaS platforms, modernizing legacy systems, and leveraging advanced analytics and GenAI to unlock value to clients and patients. With a strong track record of translating bold ideas into execution, Alexandra’s expertise helps organizations develop, launch, and scale technology products that are both commercially successful and operationally sound.


Natalie Bedford

Senior Vice President, US Pharmaceutical Distribution Services

Natalie has brought her passion for patients and expertise in fostering manufacturer relationships to InspiroGene from Humana and Astra Zeneca, where she built, developed, and evolved organizations with a focus on culture, enterprise, and a growth mindset through strategic and operational excellence. Throughout her career, Natalie has been engaged in building supply chain strategies for CGT across specialty pharmacy and specialty distribution networks. As the McKesson lead across full-line wholesale and specialty distribution channels, Natalie oversees $300 billion in annual WAC sales across 300+ manufacturers, monitoring changing dynamics and adapting commercialization strategies to pursue innovations across the drug development life cycle.


Chris Armstrong

Vice President and General Manager, McKesson Third Party Logistics

Chris Armstrong is responsible for the overall leadership of McKesson Third Party Logistics business including strategy, management, and operations of the business. McKesson 3PL supports pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers through its full range of service offerings including product warehousing and distribution, transportation, customer service, and full order to cash services. He is highly experienced in CGT requirements for temperature control, warehousing, delivery, and leveraging existing commercialization opportunities. The business supports a wide range of clients through title and non-title distribution models with over $3B in annual revenue. Clients include manufacturers of advanced therapies, brand, and generics.

This includes executive level accountability and responsibility for a 450+ person, multi-site, multi-state warehouse and logistics operation.


Ela Lourido

Vice President and General Manager, Specialty Pharmacy Solutions

Ela is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams and developing innovative specialty pharmacy delivery models. As the head of Specialty Pharmacy, Ela is responsible for sales, marketing, pharmacy and biopharma-sponsored HUB operations, quality, compliance, training, managed care contracting, IT, clinical services, strategy, finance, and data insights. Prior to joining McKesson, Ela served in various roles in the industry, specializing in rare disease and Cell & Gene Therapy. Ela thrives on cultivating robust relationships, growing new leaders, and collaboratively driving advancements in healthcare innovation.
