Cell and gene therapy authorized treatment centers map

InspiroGene Map Block 3

Cell and gene therapies (CGTs) continue to transform treatment for serious diseases, but access remains uneven across the United States. Most CGT care is concentrated at academic medical centers and in major metropolitan areas, creating geographical challenges for many patients seeking treatment.

InspiroGene’s interactive Authorized Treatment Center (ATC) Map helps visualize where cell and gene therapy treatment is available today and where access gaps remain.

For the first time, the map also includes active clinical trial sites, providing a broader view of where patients may be able to access these therapies.

Explore the map to see where treatment centers and clinical trial locations are concentrated and identify areas where access remains limited.

All data sourced by McKesson as of July 2026.

ATC Methodology:
Authorized treatment centers were identified through manufacturers’ websites for commercial cell and gene therapies and organized by city, state, and ZIP code. Sites were then segmented using Designated Market Area (DMA) data, which defines distinct metropolitan and regional markets across the United States.

Clinical Trials Methodology:
Clinical trial sites were identified through ClinicalTrials.gov and cross-referenced with GlobalData. Locations without a clearly identifiable site name were excluded.
